Well it's almost Christmas

Christmas will be here in no time! Hasn't the year gone by SO fast? Seems to me like summer was yesterday. Soon we can buy Christmas gifts and wrap them in that awful but oh so awesome gift wrapping that has pictures of the Santa or reindeer or snow. We can eat all our favorite Christmas foods, whether they are gingerbread, chocolate, ham or some other delicious Christmas tradition, like vegetables or yogurt, and without feeling guilty. And then the best part is snow; we can through snow ball to incautious people. Ha! I'm really looking forward to all of this, but I'm impatient, so I had a little "early X-mas" with my some of my friends. I love baking gingerbread cookies and those little pies that don't have a name in English. In Finnish they're called "joulutorttu", which is basically a Christmas pie. They have plum jam in them and they're absolutely delicious, and very Christmas-like. Let the Christmas time begin!
